Gary was a likeable guy and always had something funny to say..I beleive we were in Geometry together and he was just as lost as I was...Most of the time we thought that was hilarious until the exams...
Gary and I were great friends. We worked at GlobeMaster (I-10and Bunker Hill) together after school. One night after work (Kathy Preuit had broken up with me, end of the world), we got gloriously drunk, went to Red's Pool Hall only to get kicked out. Next morning,at work, when we were both having the heaves, he was told to go home and that I could finish. He took one look at my green face and declined. I loved him for that and will never forget what kind of a friend he was. We both quit that stinking job on the same day. Mr Landeen was flabergassted. We had great times riding around and going to the beach in his van. I am sorry he is gone. He and I shared the same birthday June 16th. I will be thinking of you Gary. Happy Birthday Man!
