Have a really hard time with this.  She wasn't only one of my best friends in high school, she was my sister in law for 4 years right out of high school.  When I divorced Keith (her husbands brother) it affected our friendship and we lost touch soon afterwards.  I have looked for her for several years and found her daughter on Facebook.  I know I will see her again one day, but will miss her until then.  I remember how I met her, she was going steady with my older brother, David.  Our friendship didn't suffer from their breakup, I think we were in 8th grade.  Anyway, loved you all these years, Brenda, and missed having you in my life.

Brenda Burger and I met when we were six years old. She lived across the street from me. We grew up together and I always wanted her to be my sister. We went through elementry, and Jr. High together, She moved sometime in High school, can't remember when, that was when we started to drift apart. My boyfriend, Sonny De Villier introduced Brenda and Edward, I think it was a blind date. They hit it off and got married and had children. By then we both had separate lives. The last time I saw her was in the early 90's.

I will always think of her, and miss her.
