I enjoyed many good conversations with Bruce when I transferred to Spring Woods our senior year. We did not see a lot of things the same way back then, but I always admired Bruce for liking to converse about the deeper meanings in life. I was pleasantly surprised when I ran into him again a few years later on the campus of the seminary where my husband and I were studying to become missionaries. When my family returned from years overseas I was disappointed not to find Bruce at the last class reunion. From the short biography I can tell Bruce was a blessing to many people and enriched families and students by helping them grapple with the deeper meanings of life.
